QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUBCOMMITTEE
SCOPE OF THE QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
SUBCOMMITTEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES
This subcommittee handles quality assurance and technical support issues
(problems, suggestions) that include:
- Verification and validation of the program
- Testing and version release issues
- Hardware lock or network issues
- General documentation and user manual issues
- REI handling of error and bug reports or enhancement suggestions
- Information given by REI personnel or their web site
- Any item of a general or global nature that does not fall into the
scope of the other subcommittees
The chairman of this committee will have the responsibility of closing
items on the Quality Assurance and Technical Support Action List after implementation
by Research Engineers, Inc.
